I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, registered with the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy. I received rigorous training in Depth Hypnosis, a unique approach created by Dr. Isa Gucciardi. Depth Hypnosis is an integrated counseling practice, combining philosophies and approaches of Buddhism, Shamanism, Hypnotherapy and Transpersonal Psychology. Therapeutic techniques include Shamanic journeying, regressions, hypnosis, inner child work, dream work, talking and guided imagery. A belief in reincarnation isn't necessary to benefit from regression therapy, however, some clients explore past lives at a literal or metaphoric level, either of which creates transformation and healing.

As a therapeutic model, Depth Hypnosis...does not rely on a diagnosis to understand the client. Recognizing that every person is unique, Depth Hypnosis actively involves the client in the process of discovering what is needed to effect the changes they are seeking in their life. In this way, the client is directly in touch with their power and ability to heal. By following current life issues to their source..., the client discovers what is needed to help them move beyond their unconscious motivations. I combine this approach, along with many years of counseling and social work experience to assist my clients in transforming their lives. I believe in people's ability to heal themselves and to change. I also believe strongly in personal responsibility and healing through gaining an understanding the teachings to be found in our daily experiences. I utilize my training, education, experience and psychic abilities to assist clients in their healing process.

As a client of Depth Hypnosis myself, I can attest to the many changes that have occurred in the short time I have been doing this work. Many life-long internal conflicts melted away; my practice began growing, I completed my book and I have renewed enthusiasm for my life. My close relationships have improved. More synchronous experiences have begun occurring, providing me with many new opportunities. Finally, people comment that I seem much more peaceful and happy.
